You can, but, it would only be for very fine tuning as the Srt ecu is pretty good in stock form. You might gain a very small amount over running just the Srt race ecu but to do this you would ABSOLUTELY HAVE to tune it on the dyno. If you consider it, Afc (~$200) + Install (~$100 if you can't do it yourself) + Dyno time (~$75 for 3 pulls if you can tune yourself) for a gain of MAYBE 3-5hp, not worth it in my book but if you are out for every last hp then it's an option.

If you have 2 laying around - I would sell them both and get the SAFC2. The 1 only lets you tune in 500rpm incremements while the 2 lets you tune in 200rpm incremements - among other features available.

Does anyone else know where I can find the link to the GS400 diagram for the SAFC 1? Since these two posts are so old none of the links work anymore.

The apexi website has it. I believe it is diagram 10e if I recall.

Here you go I saved GURU'S Diagram and the diagram from the APEXI's S-AFC II

And here is the other diagram. The only difference is that S-AFC II added the knock sensors.
