How much power did it make stock, with 2.5" and then with 3.5"? What did the curves look like?

I have seen 5hp gain on top end with this set up that Jbrady provided pictures with. This was on a 95 SC400 belong to one of our member on CL. I will ask him for the dyno sheet and testing datas.

All I want to do is to have an exhaust that has a deep bass rumble with minimal to zero loss of power on the bottom end. Is that impossible to achieve???

Yup. Carson tuned exhaust is exactly what u are searching for.

P.S. No typical cat back will cause u to loose any power.

I have not personally heard the Carson Tuned cat back exhaust, but based on feedback from others on here (Bitkahuna) who have heard the L-tuned mufflers (my current setup) and the Carson Tuned cat back exhaust - the Carson Tuned is even more quiet than my L-tuned mufflers.

Take a screwdriver or drill and punch a couple of small holes in your mufflers Hammed. That should do the trick.

I offer no warranty nor indemnity for this advise. It worked in high school on a friend's Chevy Vega

Already tried that Dave. It just becomes loud and sounds like crap.

Not the awesome sounding deep bass rumble of a V8 engine like the 4.6L Mustang.
