Question RMM Intake with SRT Piggy Back?

Has anyone taken the ECU from the Swift Racing Intake and paired it with a RMM Intake? Also does anyone have pics of how the ECU connects to the car. I want to see how much splicing of wires is involved. By the way I tried the search fuction and didn't come up with anything so if its there sorry and post a link to a thread thnks.

Fisher, the two are not designed to be compatible. The SRT increases the MAF size considerably and uses the stock MAF sensor insert. The piggybacks main function is to recalibrate the sensor insert to the larger tube size. If you try this with any system that keeps the MAF the same size your engine will run WAY rich.

Fisher I used keywords 'rmm intake srt ecu' and got a number of prior threads, here are some links.

That one has links

If you search for 'SRT Install instructions' in the GS forum, you'd find posts such as the one below where I've linked the PDF instructions for a GS400 SRT install from my website

If you're considering going this route, IMO you should use another air/fuel application such as an Apexi SAFC.

Just buy the SRT and deal with the sound or do a custom box.

Dave, I think Fisher 503 has the GS430. Do you have the link for the SRT 430 instructions

I've got 'em but haven't been able to push them out to my website yet (changed PCs and haven't reloaded dreamweaver / ftp stuff yet).

FIsher, if you need the 430 instructions pm me an email address and I'll send them to you. They're very similar to the 400 and unless you're going to do the install you can get pretty much the same idea on difficulty level by looking at the 400 pdf.
