Default So my Greddy PE pipes are rusting through....now what?

I had my car on the lift the other day for an oil change and as I was leisurely back and forth under my car, I noticed that I had 3 smaller-than-dime size holes on the left pipe and one same-size hole on the right side with another one on the way.

For a quick patch job, I ran to my auto store and picked up some exhaust tape to wrap around the holes for the time being.

My question is, how much longer will this last before I have to get another exhaust? Or could I just pay for some new pipes?

I wouldn't think much of replacing the whole exhaust, but seeing as I'm getting married in 4 months, right about to close on a townhome, and am saving capital for ramp-up costs on my office, I'm spread pretty thin. On top of that, I have to drop just a bit on my head unit since my OEM sizzled on me.
