Default CEL light--error code P0770

Had CEL come on a bit ago...had it reset..error code was P0770......E5....valve #5..

I do have the PI TC installed and 3.76 LSD diff.......anyways, had the light reset, drove it home no problem. Now it's back again. I don't drive the car much...actually when I first had the TC installed, drove it for awhile with no problems.....now this.....I'm thinking it's probably the same error code..haven't had it checked out yet. The car drives and shifts fine.

Any input? BTW, it's a '99 GS400..

It's the TC triggered the error code. Swap the stock TC back in will fix your problem

I have the tc too and sometimes get the code. I just bought a cheap OBD-II scanner on ebay and it takes me 2 minutes to check and clear the CEL now when it comes on. Easy solution.
