No, you guys misread.
The TRD LSD unit is available separately for around $900. I never said I had it, I suggested it as a cheaper LSD option while keeping the stock gears. Go back and read it!
Yes, I have the 3.76 gears, my RPMs at 80mph are ~3,050.
Again, the one I have is the whole 3.76/ LSD pumpkin. $1,600.00.

Did you buy it brand new?
If not new where did you get it?

I'm sure it will have good resale.![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

I'll post a video soon. From the outside and inside.
I launch from the same place everytime, so I'm always going the same direction and am on the same patch of road.
I leave the car in D (I could leave in 4 or 3 I suppose)
When G-tech displays "go" I press the gas pedal fast and firm to the floor, but not as fast a possible to prevent wheelspin.
My better times seem to have been when traction control was off, but I feathered the throttle even more, in fear that I could just burn a patch of rubber.
I do need to find a new spot to run over and over because I'm doing it in a fairly populated area.

You confused everyone when you kept insisting it was the TRD LSD
Turn your power on and your traction control off. Power brake up to 2500 and your times will come down.
Side note a valve body upgrade on the tranny can make the tranny shift a lot quicker.
Lexus made these trannys to shift nice and slow. The valve body upgrade will take some of the cush out of the shifting and not everyone will like it.
You should be able to get down to 5.5 to 5.9 for 0-60. Add the TC and you could drop to 5.2-5.5 zero to 60.

Carson Toyota says they can still get these and RMM says they expect to have more soon.

Yes, launch is everything. Practice getting your tires to spin a little and then hook. The more "feel" you get the harder you will launch. The rest is really up to your car.
