also would it be advisable to actually change my plugs? im currently at about 60k miles

I used Jacobs Electronics sparkplug wires with my stock boots on my Integra....had them retrofitted by a local speed shop down here. Im surprised not many have upgraded the wires...or ignition system.

so i just installed the new TM sparkplugs, cleaned throttle body, and reset ECU...
my throttle body was sooo dirty i probally had like 4-5 full size paper towels pitch black.
i think the combo of all 3 things helped my car drastically. i notice that my car would feel kinda harsh from the launch, especially when climbing from around 2.5-3k rpms. now when i run its smooth like butter, the butt-o-meter tells me that my car picks up faster when already in motion. for the sake of gas im going to play around more when i really need to go somewhere... no more cruising around for the heck of it
