Hey man,

Hit me up with some prices for a complete kit and complete install. Or if you don't sell the kit then I can get it and you can install it.

Let me know man,
Jonny

Cool

Instead of spending your time drilling the intake manifold & taping for 8 n2o foggers.

Just but the fuel injector piggybacks from NOS. Port injection for virtually no work @ $12 an injector is a good deal.

You would take the intake manifold off. Tap and drill it for eight fogger nozzels. Reinstall the Manifold. Install all the Nitrous and fuel lines and electrics for on the V8 Lex motor. Complete for
$ 500. ?

Obviously not.
He realizes that a direct port kit is way overkill in a situation like this.
I'm sure hes talking about a single fogger install.Which at first still seems a little steep untill you realize they're probably welding in the brackets and cutting the holes for the down tube and wiring in a pretty stealthy button.Which takes a fair amount of time to do properly.

Why would we want to do the fogger set up for 75 shot? It's way overkill.

OK guys check back on Dx3's post. At 1st he said that he wanted to install a Direct port 100 shot kit. Direct Port Wet is always the best way to go if you can do it period. Thats why they call it Direct port. If you are telling him not to go direct port then thats a diffrent story.

BTW Dx3. I have a 97 SC400. I have a Zex dry kit with a 125 shot on it. Other things you may want to consider are :

Upgraded fuel pump
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Hobbs fuel pressure switch
purge kit
bottle warmer ( NX bottle warmer is Dangerous ) use Zex or NOS

I also use a Unichip that is programed with a 2nd Map that controlls the Nitrious progressivly, retards the timming, optimizes the air fuel for Nitrous when I flip the nitrous switch on and cuts the Nitrous off before a hit the fel cut rev limiter.. I installed the Zex kit myself in about 4 hours. I did not need to weld in the trunk.

FYI Todd with TM ran a 200 shot Direct port kit on a stock SC400 with no know problems.

What do you mean its called direct port because its the best?
Its called direct port because it directly injects both the nitrous and the fuel into each cylinder
as evenly as possible.
The name has nothing to do with which system is better.
And for simplicity its hard to beat a dry kit.As long as you dont try to get too crazy with the shot there is nothing wrong with a dry set up.

OK expert.

1. DP will not Puddle.
2. Fuel and Nitrous does not have to go in and Atomize and have inconsistant flow as in intake tube.
3. Each port get even cyliner fill on Nitrous and fuel. ( thats why cars have one injector for each port )
PS Agree if done right Dry is hard to beat. I like Zex.
