Default How do you Regap Iridium Plugs

I know it's not recommended to regap Iridiums, but how do you properly regap them?

It's at .025 and i need them to be around .030. Pull up with pliers?

You can use the gap caliper to pry it out slowly. Kragan sell one for .99 Cents. Iridium is expensive you might want to consider NGK the type Supra TT use. Its only $1.89 at Napa. It works great with FI cars. Its one step colder. Check out this article http://lextreme.com/sparkplug.html
