F1,
that's a pretty interesting point you bring up. I have thought about this but I know the launch is the most important thing in a 1/4 run. The 60 feet times directly impacts the 1/4 mile time. I HAVE A TORQUE CONVERTER! If I did not have a TC I would definitely not use drag radials of any kind. When I went to the track on my street tires w/TC, I had traction problems all day. Thanks for your input, I would agree with you if I did not have a TC.

Mr. Johnson,
That's about the times I ran when my car was stock. I would suggest getting a pair of drag radials with your TC. My best 60 foot time was 2.25 w/Street Tires and 2.05 w/Drag Radials. This caused a drop of .4 seconds, that's about right. For every tenth you drop on your 60 foot time you drop .2 tenths on your 1/4 time. I also do have a S-AFC which attributes for 10 more rwhp peek HP. What type of Exhaust are you thinking of getting?

Question

GS4K:

I'm not planning on getting an exhaust as I've already got the stuff in my sig (Exhaust, springs, sways, etc...). I'm running the L-Tuned exhaust. Just to clear things up I'm not getting a TC I'm getting a SC.
