CENTER: located on the exhaust manifold, for spark plug #s 1/2/3. It's also referred to as the #1 sensor.
FRONT: located on the exhaust manifold, for spark plug #s 1/2/3. It's also referred to as the #2 sensor.
EXHAUST PIPE: as it name says, it's located on the exhaust pipe.
REAR: located on the exhaust manifold, for spark plug #s 4/5/6.
All of them are four-wire sensors, with slightly different plug set-ups and varying wire lengths. Of note, there is a difference in the "exhaust pipe" and "rear" sensors for models produced up to July 99 vs. August 99 and up.
I've changed oxygen sensors on my older cars (non-Lexus), which wasn't too difficult provided you have the right tools to do the job. An oxygen sensor socket tool comes in handy. Hope this helps. Good luck!
