Default when do you change the fuel filter?

How often are the fuel filters replaced? I have 60k on my car and i know on my supra we replace it ever 30k.

Fuel filters, located with the fuel pump in the tank, are designed to last the life of the pump...
You'll find most fueling pumps today have hose filters just prior to the nozzle, reducing the need for frequent fuel filter changes. This is a result of vehicles converting from carburetors to fuel injection.
