Adding a turbo to the Supra engine can bring HUGE gains, has anyone thought about fitting the Supra TT setup to their IS300 or fitting an aftermarket single turbo which will bring even bigger gains then the TT? Getting power out of a Supra is a joke, it should be the same for the IS. Anyone know any companies who are doing this?

yes gettin the power out of a Supra TT is a joke very easy to do, the GTE motor is the TT motor we have the NA motor the GE as much as they are the same they are very different. higher compression on the GE and for high power apps. you want to do motor werk. to lower compression. there are turbo kits avail for the IS all in hosue tho no bolts ons cause the elec. are a pain in the butt. you cannot use single turbo upgrades on the GE motor that is in the IS like you can on a Supra... for many reasons... we have didscussed this alot if you want to do a search in the older posts.. you can prolly find it.. the avg turbo kit from XS and toyomoto are like 8-15k
