Default changing stock TC to 2800 stall: price?

I am curious on how much it cost to send a stock gs 400 torque converter to Precision Industries to have then set the stall to 2800? And what will the difference be between the Precision Industries tuned stock one and Dragon torque converter where you buy from them. I know there isn’t a special purple coating on the “Precision Industries tuned stock one”

why not just get the dragon 2800 to begin with? it's smaller and lighter, that gives you more gain and better perforamnce. with your tc out you can't even drive your car. i would just get a new one from them

If you want to go tha route Lextreme modifies your stock one there is another company but I can't think of it at this time. I think it cost $175rs is taken out you can send it in and get your core charge money back. That way there is no down time.
I don't know of anyone that got one from Lextreme ( try the SC400 guys) I do knoe member that got one done by another company ( I think it was out of Fl.) and he was happy w/ it

Here is the other company ( Edge Racing converters) that member had stock converter modifiied.

http://www.edgeracingconverters.com/streetedge.htm

I believe when I called them last summer and they gave me a price of $400. you have to send yours in It is not Precision Industries TQ converter but I have not heard any thing negative about any that had one modified.
I seriously thinking of tryong this. for $200 ( from Lextreme) if it works why not if it doesn't then I'll go w/ a PI one.
