idunno about you guys, but if the LMS exhaust had standard oval muffler design, it'd be on my car right now.

The poll is not showing, but the oval muffler is not really whats stopping me
on buying the LMS setup..

Since we Californians can't get rid of our catalytic converters (by law, but there are those who will break it), most exhaust systems would be for the exhaust sound, not extra power.

I would rather have the car be a bit more quiet than to have a throatier sound, especially if it will not be functional. Unless I can get a lot more power (enough to reason the loss of cabin quietness), I won't be putting an exhaust system on my car.

Just get the Borla - either version, they both have oval mufflers

It never ceases to amaze me how much people stress over which exhaust to purchase. They're all about the same except the sound they make. None have a significant performance advantage. Pretty much like intakes...

i agree, they are all pretty much the same...... the gains are so unsignificant i dont think its worth it. 5hp whoo hoo...... like that makes a difference!

im pretty sure they redesigned them and now the newer systems have oval mufflers...
