Default Greetings....important questions

Hello,
This is my first post so I will give a little background I am 24 years old and live in Mass I presently have a highly modifiyed eclipse GSX with 400hp and have a 12.5 at the track. BUT I am selling it for some real style . I am in the process of buying a 98 GS400. I am always looking into the future so am already looking for mods for the car. The first thing I will do is a intake I know that swift and RodMillen make a intake I do not like the RMM intake because of what I know of it, it is only a filter not a full MAF pipe. On the other hand the swift is a full intake pipe with heat sheild which is nice. I already have a Apexi AFC from my eclipse so I will use that for tuning. My question is what other intake systems replace the full intake with a steel or aluminum peice? Are the other intake systems just as nice as the swift peice? Also the GReddy exhaust what do you guys think of it? Anybody have any pics of it installed? What type of power increase will it make? Is it loud or does it have pleasant note? I know I have asked quite a few questions but I have alot to learn. THANX for your time hope to hear from you guys soon.

To answer some parts:

Weapon-R also makes an intake for GS400. It's suppose to have everything SRT is offering plus some other goodies like cold air and etc.

GReddy is nice. Many people here have it. PM LexusRules he has them on his car. Should sound nice. It's pretty loud compared to quieter ones like Borla but still nice.

I have RMM intake, it's the whole intake and pipe. not just the intake.

you can't use the S-AFC with SRT intake, they have their own ECU already. I would recommend weaponR intake, since they are the cheapest and perform well (comment from other members)

Thats the original style RMM intake(no longer being made or sold) The newer version utilizes the stock intake pipe and an RMM velocity stack, K+N open air element, and an RMM heat shield.....
I personally like the one that you have ALOT more than the current one......Very few people have the one that you got...Tiny

I also have the SRT Intake but with the L-Tuned Exhaust. Not too bad.. I should say.. Not too loud like a HONDA>>> you can hear them coming miles away... (just not the LEXUS style)..

because S-AFC modify the sensor signals to change the Aif/fuel ratio (adjustable). SRT intake also come with a small unit that modify this signal also (fixed setting). Why would you want to modify the signal twice? that would be redundant and do more harm than good.

if you plan on using the S-AFC then I suggest you go with the weapon R intake and try getting there ram kit too use that with your S-AFC, or you can get akimoto intake, which also looks good,or the RMM intake but I think is a rip off
