My new Area 51 intake and ECU

Actually, the Area 51 intake itself is around $450 with shipping. So if you can drive to Area 51 (not in Nevada ) , it'll only run you $420.
You could go the AEM/BB route, but I've heard of others having problems with the BB on an intake other than the Area 51 one.
YMMV though.
If all you plan on doing to your car is an intake, I'd definitely go the full Area 51 intake/BB route.
I'm planning on wasting more money on my car's exhaust, so I'm going the Area 51 intake and S-AFC route. Eventually, I'll be adding headers and/or high flow cats.
I just don't think the Area 51 BB was designed to handle every possible mod that a guy can have on his car. Whereas the S-AFC can be tuned to maximize your car's mods exactly... you just have to be good enough to do tune it yourself, or be willing to shell out the buck$.
