I heard that Mo's intake/ecu combo is the best out there. What are the alternatives in the market today?

SRT is best because it comes with an ECU, but the RMM one should be good as well, i bet RS Akimoto will come out with an IS intake soon enough, if you can afford it go for SRT!

I have the SRT intake and love it. Absolutely love it. Sounds great too. Still quiet while cruising around town but when you step on it, it howls.

Better get on it though cause SRT was having a special on them and I think they are running out quick. when he does the price goes back up from $595-$995.

Cool Intake?

No alternatives.
RMM is supposed to make you lose power.
Injen makes one I think.
No one makes a cold air.

I have the SRT. NO ALTERNATIVE.
Mo is also an extremely pleasant and understanding individual. I would recommond dealing with him anyday. Very good experience.

I will have proof very soon if the RMM intake really makes you lose power. I got my car dynoed with it on and I got 168.9 rwhp. I have now removed my intake to get my car serviced so Im going to dyno it again while it is stock. I will keep you guys posted..

Besides the increase in HP and torque, the SRT intake also increases your MPG. I went from ~16 to ~18 MPG. Increase performance plus it pays for itself...gotta love it.

Wow, this is surprising. I just registered for this forum today and already I see some familiar names from IS300.net. There's too much BS going on in the IS300.net forum.

SRT is the way to go. I had mine since January and am very pleased with the overall performance. Even the Lexus dealership was impressed - No problems or static from them when the car is serviced (in fact, they want to drive it around).
