Default is the right exhaust always lower than the left?

On the past couple GS's that Ive seen, I have noticed that the right exhaust sits a little lower than the left one. It seems as though this is true on my GS as well and was wondering if all of them are like this way. Thank you.

Maybe one hanger is going bad?

I know that was my case when i put on my borlas today. I think new hangers would help out.

look at the rubber bands that hold the mufflers up.... if they are stretched that will happen. You can always take a heavy duty zip ties and tighten the mufflers up to where they are even..thats what i did.

Yea, when I put my Borla's on, the right was lower than the left. The muffler shop had to cut and re-weld the pipe to make them even up.

FInd a piece of rubber to stick under the hanger and that will lift it up a little.. From the recent pics I've seen the drivers side seems to be ower.. Like A said it must be something from the factory...

thanks guys for the quick replies .. I didnt notice it before and I thought that maybe someone had like stomped on it for no reason. I have seen other people's muffler sitting on ground and I assume it was some kid who just felt like messing with other people's cars. Well, atleast this puts my mind at ease. once again thanks guys. Just a question though, would putting on an exhaust tip change the tone of the exhaust at all ... dont really have the money to go out and get new exhaust right now because i gotta go out and get some new tires soon.
