Default V8 Turbo Kits?

Now that SRT is no longer making their TT kits for the V8s, who else out there is still making or in the process of prototyping a TT kit for out cars? I was really dissappointed to get Mo's response that they would no longer make the TT kit as that was a huge thing I wanted to do to my GS and a small reason why I bought it. Please Pm me links or email addresses to get in contact with the companies. Thanks.

Hey I know those guys. I'm not sure about Jaime, but I know Morris got his done at Madavi Motorsports. Here's the link money: http://mahdavimotorsports.com/ hope this helps. I don't know if Morris has the TT setup I know that he kicks a$$ and takes names.

1. XS engineering in California
2. Talk with TTurbopimp, I think he may have another connection with a shop that will do a one off kit. in Maryland I believe (not SRT)
3. I think Toyomoto in Fla. is also up to the task

Mahdavi Motorsports built both mine and Morris' Turbo setups.

They also built a GS300 kit and a few IS300's.

Both our cars and detailed pics are on their website, here:

Here is mine: http://www.mahdavimotorsports.com/im...s/jamielex.htm

Here is Morris', but those are older pics from when he had a S/C:

Here is Bing's GS3:

If anyone would like any details on any of the cars mentioned, I'd be happy to help.

Jaime - I would like to know more about what you did to yours and your impressions of it. I talked to Arash (at Mahdavi) and he was SUPER helpful and open about what parts they use. I really wish they sold it as a kit or some of the parts (like manifolds and IC piping). However, I did run some numbers on what it would cost to replicate their kit myself and they are asking a VERY fair price for it installed. I live in the midwest and I really enjoy doing the work on my car myself, so it's hard to think about shipping the car to Georgia to have it worked on. I have been really impressed with Arash and would recommend that anyone in the area deal with him.

If you have any hard data (dyno sheets, time slips, etc) that would be cool to see. Would you do it again? Do you ever feel like your waiting for the turbo? How out of control would it be to drive through snow? Does it still behave like a daily driver or more like a track car? How much boost do you run? Is the turbo placement good or have you melted stuff? Have you been able to pass emissions? Do the controls (SAFC) seem to be great, or just sorta getting by? I know that's a lot of questions, but they are all things that I have been wondering. I would appreciate hearing any of your thoughts on the subject.

Thanks!
