Lately I have been noticing how much the motor moves when I rev it. My motor has about 96k on it and I was wondering were there any upgraded engine mounts made for the 1UZ? If I were to replace the motor mounts I mind as well swap them out with upgraded parts. I tried searching already and look through every page but came up with nothing. So I thought I tried asking you guys.

Chances are there is nothing wrong with the mounts. Im not aware of any companies that make aftermarket 1uz mounts. Check on lextreme

there are only OEM mounts. with 96k miles, your mounts are probably dead.


does your steering wheel vibrate during idle while in drive?

Nopes haven't noticed any vibration like that

you probably wont have to worry then. its normal for the engine to rock back and forth a bit.
