Default Turbo, Supercharger, or the Next Generation?

I need help guys, what would you do if you have to pick one of the three choices? For me, I still can't make-up my freakin mind!

A) Get a stage 1 turbo from Toyomoto that pulls out 300 rwhp for $8000 and not including installation and a trip down to Florida.

B) Get a stage 1 supercharger from Area 51 that pulls out 250 rwhp for $5,395.00+tx Installation of the kit is $1,395.00. Good thing about this, it's local and not across the country.

C) Wait about 2 more years and get the 3rd Generation GS and hopefully it will come with more than 300 horsepower.

There it is guys, what would you do if your in my shoes?

I'd go to XS and get the turbo done there.

If budget allows, wait for the next generation GS. Thats what I am doing now, no more major mods for me.

Sc or turbo will not pass smog in CA.

Wait for the next one or ditch your GS3 and pickup a GS4 and lightly mod that. You should be able to get it close to 300rwhp.

Or wait until someone obtains a carb # for a sc or turbo. That could be a very long wait..

Me? I am on the fence waiting to see what mods become legal here.

Default XS?

They don't have a kit readily available for the '98+ GS300. They only do custom work. I have many questions regarding the custom turbo setup in October's Turbo magazine. How the hell do you get 400+ hp to the ground on the stock fuel system. Factored in, this is w/o a Supra Twin Turbo fuel pump. I bet his EGT is super high and he's running dangerously lean. FYI, magazines do not tell 100% of the truth regardless. And stock compression at 12lbs+ of boost?!? I know a Garrett T4 based turbo will spike even with a calibrated wastegate spring. I don't know... But I am very skeptical.

However, I do trust Andy and Troy to build/modify custom turbos. They were the ones that took my T04 to make it into a hybrid T04R w/ smaller turbine housing for better spool up.
