Engine Cranking slow but will not start after a timing belt change
#91
I had to upgrade to win2k service pack 3 & download wordviewer because my wordpad wouldn't convert the images.
pardesi: that was exactly what I was wondering about cams snapping back & the purpose of turning it 50 degrees (which i've also heard 30 somewhere, but you DID 50 degrees & it worked so I will as well). i'm going to the stealer in the morning to get parts.
What all does replacing the crank seal entail?

If you are talking about the cam seals then yeah that is another set of instructions I have. Remove the valve cover, undoing the cam bolts/sprocket and etc. I don’t think it’s required for a timing belt change unless yours is leaking and you want to change it.
Good Luck
