I got it installed, and took some pics and videos. I'll post the pics first, then edit and post the videos. It is pretty loud, but I'm sure it will change. The videos were all done during the first 10 miles.
Regarding the way it looks ... I hate the tips. These aren't just "regular" coffee cans, HKS had to find these at Sam's Club.

All you need now is a couple of really small injectors inline to spray a little fuel in the mufflers at WOT so you can have some real flames shooting out.
I have to agree, I would not be excited about tips that big. You also need to give those crafty guys at Toyota some big props for giving us an exhaust as nice as they have for a stock system. The weight difference is nice, but not extreme, and no doubt it came with a noise penalty.

I wish HKS had designed the mufflers in such a way that we could put different tips on them. I'm tempted to cut these off anyway to have smaller ones put on (like the Magnaflows). I really am embarrassed about them, as a 36 year old divorced "professional". What are my future girlfriends going to think?!
One more thing about the sound is that it seems to vibrate the floor quite a bit. I'm thinking about putting the stock hangers back on, since they are softer. HKS included 2 significantly harder hangers for the y-pipe joint, and my theory is that they did it to reduce the swinging of the exhaust system. Those stiff hangers may be a significant part of the interior noise problem, but it's just a guess / hope.

Here is my HKS Hi-Power exhaust video. My video camera didn't do a good job capturing the droning / resonance that comes when at moderate throttle, so you'll need to drive one to see what I'm talking about. Hopefully, this can be reduced by going with the OEM mid-pipe / y-pipe hangers intead of the really stiff HKS hangers.
