200 millihertz? 200 Megahertz? Maybe just 200 Hz?

Lobux: 200hz .. bass end of things.

linh811: the part number I used is at the start of this thread that GNN posted. I would PM him and ask him what the magnaflow is that is 1 inch wider then ours. I have to go back to that shop that did mine this weekend to pick up gernby and my cats. I'll get the part number at that time.

no, rudy was showing me these other ones that fit better, that were about 1" wider (the muffler) and about 1" thinner if that makese sense. Basically take my mufflers and smash them down 1" but they now go out wider 1".

np on the cats. we can meet up next week or something while I am at work.

Back in my Corvette days everyone "gutted the cats". Sounded better, more power (maybe) but still looked stock. Is that possible with todays cats?

I'm sure you could still do that, but since they are so expensive it wouldn't seem worth it IMHO. Also I would think that with a hollowed out cat, the flow would have some turbulence there... possibly reducing power. Best bet is to cut them off and put straight pipe.

We discussed this earlier in the thread. Some people just break the catalyst out of the converter, but from my experience, that makes it sound weird due to the large hollow chamber and it also causes turbulance. A better approach if you want it to look like a stock cat is to put a slieve through the cat to make it a straight pipe on the inside.

Ok I just talked to someone at magnaflow and he told me that part #14335, which is a 4"x9", would be what I'm looking for. Can anyone confirm this?

Fast Take off with magnaflow custom exhaust:

Toe:
I am better with it now that I have heard other exhaust. I rode in molexus car the other day and he has the tanabe which is supposed to be quiet compared to the rest. Mine is the exact same sounding as his.

So, i wont complain anymore. Still a tad droney , but damn I would be really *****ing if i had like the hks or something.

I am happy with it.
