I realize that the thread is pretty long, but if you read it, you won't need to examine anything. Toyota uses 4 catalytic converters, and only two of them are monitored by secondary O2 sensors.

Just got back from the honeymoon in Belize this evening. What a great time!

I'm going to try and hit the dyno sometime this week prior to this weekends big Imports vs Domestics battle at MIR in Southern Md.

Thanks Greg. It wasn't as rough as I was anticipating, but the honeymoon the day after was absolutely called for.

BTW.. I'm going for a dyno today over my lunch hour.

Dyno Results based on my previous best run: This car for some reason runs best hot!? I did several runs and they each kept getting better and better, which is the same thing I have done on all my dyno sessions. I finally stop when the numbers started to slightly come back down a bit. This dyno method should ensure that the coolant temps are all pretty much the same on my best runs (HOT) along with using SAE correction.

HP:
Gained consistent power of 6-4 hp from 4000rpm to 5500rpm
Gained 0 hp from 5500 rpm to redline, but didn't lose anything either.

TQ:
Gained a consistent 8-4 tq from 4000rpm to 5500rpm.
Gained 0 tq from 5500 rpm to redline and didn't lose anything here either.

Peak gains:

HP: +.53
TQ: +3.82

so cayman u just had the CATS cut out and just regular pipes welded in place. How much does this regularly cost? does any muffler shop do this?

Not sure about any muffler shop willing to do this, but I checked around locally for custom exhaust shops with a good reputation to do the work. Total cost was $90 for me, which is about twice what Gernby and Combfilter payed down in TX.

There isn't a "regular price" for federal crime with a $10K penalty.
