Radiators are easy to install.

Drain the fluid, unplug fans, tranny cooler lines (when you disconnect them shove a large bolt in each of the lines so all your fluid doesn't run out and make a mess), radiator hoses and any sensors on the bottom of the radiator (just unplug them). Remove radiator stays on the top of the radiator and lift straight up, should come out pretty easy. Swap over sensors, fans, rubber mounts to "feet" on new radiator (if they lifted up with old radiator), basically everything that can come off the old radiator goes on the new one. Reinstall is the same as removal except reverse (plug in sensors, hoses etc...) make sure everything is plugged in, hoses are tight, "feet" on bottom of radiator are lined up then tighten. Put radiator stays back on and tighten down. Make sure you refill your coolant AND tranny fluid, first while car is off then run the car (let it idle for a little while with the rad cap off) and top off the fluids once it warms up. There it is, your all done

It shouldn't have any issues, if anything you may have to "open" up the radiator stays a little bit but if it's a decent radiator everything should line up fine.

THey dont make one for the GS300 the last time i checked.
It was either custom a IS300 Koyo on there or fit a supra koyo

I have a koyo from an IS300 on mine that i got for a good price. Needed some custom foot pegs to be made and use the is300 fan shrouds (if you want to keep the stock fans)

I believe bluelex have one also and it was probably from a supra.

but why do you need one anyways if you dont mind me asking.

I assumed they made on for the Gs from what dung was asking, if it's not made to fit in the car then there is probably going to be some small fitment issues.

Thank for your infomation.
I need it because i get into heavy traffic every day, 45 mins i just can do about 10 miles. especilly california summer with AC on all the time....
I had tranny cooler but the car need more things to reduce the heat. As far as i know the heat does not make good friend with any engine....
I was looking around for the Koyo radiator, I found on ebay the have one for GS3 but i am not trust the seller, he said Koyo racing radiator but it does not look like it.. I have to call them on monday to make sure.
How hard did you put the IS cooler in?

yea, the one on ebay is just a replacement for the factory unit.

I bought it off a member here that had custom mounts made. It just slipped right in.

So are you overheating? Because the factory unit is efficient enough to handle those conditions.

Here's a shot of the koyo on my car.

The sensor mounted right in or do we have to do any modification?
Thanks a lot.

Supra fitment should be the closest you will find. You may have to do minor fitting but it will go in. I had a Gs4 fan setup on my supra for awhile, direct bolt in for the most part.

Did yall get a Supra 6spd or a Supra AT radiator? Just wondering if they have the AT cooler lines as well or maybe suggest in getting an aftermarket tranny cooler as well? Texas heat is a killer too.

Mikal I like your setup from (lexgood) I think , but having to buy the Radiator+ the IS300 fans and shroud is not cost effective, but however that looks really nice.

thanks. I got it for a good price with the shrouds. and the GS300 fans fits right into it.

But if you were to put one in, I would get one for a supra.

The is300 looks weird with the bump for the filler cap. But i dont really care since my engine bay looks like crap anyways.. lol
