Default gs300 with turbo

has anyone turbo'd there gs300 if so does anyone have good links and how much power could i expect outta it???

Yep there are plenty of people here that have done it. I'm almost there, but still a little bit of work left to do. If you're in the DFW area, I suggest you give Jason over at JPI a call to discuss your options. Either way, expect to pay AT LEAST $5000-6000 or so for a custom turbo setup that will net you about 300-350hp or so. Obviously more money = more HP...it all comes down to how much power you want & how much you want to spend.

cool but is that doing a swap or not sorry i meant has anyone just turbo'd it not a swap and a simplified pros and cons of each setup i would rather just turbo my motor i have in it i think that it would be easier
but yea im in tyler where is jpi or do you have a link?

You can order pre-made kits for that motor (GE motor) or piece your own together. Pre-made would be easier but if you know what your doing a pieced together kit will cost less and be to your "specs", your call. If your going to run the stock Gs motor just remember that you don't want to run more than 10lbs on the stock headgasket if you want it to last a long time, running 8lbs would probably be better for longevity. If you want to keep the motor you have best thing to do would be to get a headgasket to lower compression and then you could run a little more boost safely.
