Default Questions about maintenance

My car is closing in on 90k miles and I know I have a few things that I need to take care of. First off, should I change my drive belt prior to changing my timing belt or does it matter. I would rather not pay for a shop or the Lexus dealership to change my driving belt since reading posts it seems like a relatively easy job. Secondly, how many O-rings would I need to change while changing my timing belt? How many tensioners are there or do I need to replace while changing my timing belt? What gaskets are needed (are these O-rings or crank seals)? Lastly, would you all recommend I purchase my parts from other than from a Toyota/Lexus dealer? Will the dealer honor their work the same way if the parts are purchased from an outside shop? I know that's a lot, but thanks for responding.
