Default 98-99 and 01-05 air intake difference?

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in the air intake design of the 98-99 and 01-05 gs300s? The reason I'm asking is because I'm wondering if the fujita intake will fit my gs300, which is a 99. Fujita spec'd them out for 01-05.
