Default Which one is the best 2JZ for a GS300

hey guys i need ya help building a 4dr SUPRA ,right now i am trying to get the TT 2JZ from a supra and drop it in the GS.
is it gonna fit in the gs engine bay,is it play and play?
and would like to know also between these 2 engines which one is the best

The first one(VVTi engine). It's easier to swap that one into the GS because that was offered as an engine option in Japan.
