Performance Forced induction, intakes, exhausts, torque converters, transmissions, etc.

GS400 thinking of getting a dragon TC what do you guys think?

hmm, i i duno what to do now, just take a risk, are there any members with TC and no engine lights?

I would say I can only recall about 2 people w/ GS400's that CEL issues out of about 15 or 20 that have the PI TC.
I think a good chance you won't have any issues at all Tranny coolers you can get fom $45 to $95

I just had a TC installed on my GS430 with no CEL. JPI put it on and modified the ECU to avoid the CEL. This mod is incredible. If you like instantaneous power off the line and much better throttle response do this NOW!!!

should i get this TC? how is this different from PI? and whats the stall speed is all about?

PI can make whatever stall speed you request from them. L tuned happens to carry 2800 rpm stall speed PI converters. Stall speed is the rpm speed where the torque converter stops "slipping" and act like a direct connect between the crankshaft of the motor and the transmission. Sort of like completely releasing a clutch in a manual car.

If you look up torque converter on www.howstuffworks.com they have a pretty good write up and graphics.
