Just got off the phone with Doug at LMS. A Quote from Doug at LMS "Kit price is 5500 installations runs roughly 1000 total $6500. Kit order takes 3 weeks and down time for installation at LMS is 1 week. The kit needs no TUNING at all since it's not running off of any piggy-back or EMS of any kind. Just bolts on and drive!"
From what I've read from numberous posts, some of the people that has the kit installed are talking about needing to have their vehicle tune > what are you tuning and how?
Why is LMS telling me no tuning needed?
I am seriously consider buying their products but somethings just don't add up.

Thanks for the link, I've read it already. There's still talk about tuning in the thread yet the rep from LMS says no tuning is needed. Just doesn't add up

What's up! I'm another ex '01 IS300 SRT Stage2 turbo kit owner... I miss that thing...the 350 just isn't as fun.

Hopefully you find out what you need!

Give Mo' a call at SRT, I think he has some things in the works.

I posted my dyno numbers. Recently I just posted 309 WHP with the Greddy exhaust added. I don't touch anything on my car as far as tuning. I wanted an effortless system and I got just that. Love the SC, the sound, the performance, etc. LMS did a great job. You know, you can't say how much $$$ per HP. The people that have driven my car all say it is way faster than a regular 350. I will be the first to say that the car would be really boring if I had to go back to stock. The other 3 people out there with the SC would probably agree with me.
