Default New IS300 Owner, SAFC operation? NEED HELP ASAP

HI, I recently purchased my lexus is300 which came with an SAFC (older, digital model) already installed on it as well as a cutom intake (injen) and exhaust. I understand that the SAFC tweaks the air/fuel ratios but I have no idea how to use the thing or configure it/COLOR][/COLOR] pleaseeeee someone give me a quick rundown on how I should change the settings!!!!!! seeing as how gas prices are sooo high, what should I do with it to save gas but sacrifice some performnace ???
HELP!!!!!!!!!!

You'd probably get a ton more responses if you post it in the IS forum... right now, it's under the GS Performance subsection.

Do not mess with it. Honestly to do anything with it you will need a wideband so you can SEE what it is doing. Even then if you don't know what lean and rich are you definitely should not be touching that thing. Just think of that little box as your weiner. Some people mess with their own but they're only just screwing themselves. Let someone else who knows what there doing use it.

I'd recommendyou take it to a shop if you have no idea how to tune it.

SAFC is easy to tune IF you have a wideband to get your info from...

BUT, taking it to a tune shop that will dyno tune will be more safe. (I would suggest this option)
