umm.. i dont quite understand the statement in the bold... if your are trying to say that no "real" company had made anthing then sir you have been misinformed... last time i checked ARC,HKS,Blitz, and LMS which all make intakes for our cars are pretty "real" companies...

It looks like this can be combined with the Joe Z pipe. But not sure if its worth $295.

i consider it a REAL company because i've always been more interested in german engineering. like bmw and porsche. AFE is just a bigger name out in the euro field. Afe makes the carbon fiber intake for the e46 m3. hopefully soon it will come out for the IS. its like 800 for the m3, im ready to throw down that much for it.

Kind of sounds like it.

Not a big fan of the short ram for the ISX50 - why use hot air inside the engine compartment when the stock CAI is pretty effective. Heat shield isn't going to do anything inside our compartment due to the airflow patterns in there created by the covers.

euro? ha! just like most of the euro (german) cars... only a short ammount of time goes by and then your stuck and have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed. i learned my lesson from mercedes and bmw.
