15hp gain with Cat Back Megan Exhaust! 252 to 267!
I dyno'd my 07' 350 today with my 4 week old Megan Cat Back Exhaust(It replaces the Secondary Cat). It ended up adding 15hp.
I didn't get a chance to dyno my car before I installed my Injen Intake but with JUST the Intake and NO EXHAUST it did 252hp.~~WITH the intake PLUS my exhaust, I pulled 267hp...
It doesn't come close to GERNBY's results but that guy has some tricks up his sleeve if you ask me. Haha JK GERNBY!! I AM going to buy the Joez intake since I've heard so much about losing HP with certain SRI's, so I thought I might give that a shot before I call him a mastermind. My wheels do weigh about 28 or 29 lbs a piece though..I don't think that would make that big of a difference though.
Well I thought I'd add my 2 cents for all of you HP enthusiasts out there, so enjoy and let me know if any of you are planning on going out to Ennis in Dallas anytime soon

Yeah, I always want to know how many guys race with their hoods open and a fan blowing on the engine...
BTW, did you check the air density on the two days you tested to ensure there wasn't a big atmospheric difference responsible for your power change?

IS350 Base numbers for a Dynojet pull in 4th gear, should get you right at 264-265 Rwhp with SAE corrections factored in.
From what I have seen & learned, I'm thinking this was a Mustang Dyno maybe?...
.. But I could be wrong..
Congrats!!

Hmmmm i'd say that most baseline runs on dynojets in 4th gear with SAE added are more like 255-265. I personally was at 257 for my baseline and I've seen a few others pull around the same. I guess a difference of 10 is pretty good. When I had my EVO the numbers were all over the place for baselines.

To the OP, was the first and second dyno sessions on the same dyno? Also, how many miles were on the car at each session? Most cars will usually make a little more power (without any mods) as they break in.
