i believe this sensor is the one under the car. just jack up your car and it should be around the passenger front seat. you will need to pull the carpet of the front passenger to disconnect and reconnect the plug. someone did a DIY about changing this sensor. seems real easy. good luck!

Most O2 sensors are plug and play. If it isn't you have a universal fit sensor and if you value your vehicle, you will not install it because it will never work right. I recommend Bosch or Lexus sensors. (I believe the Lexus sensor is made by Bosch anyways.) I have replaced many of these and I always get the best results with these.

Bank 2 sensor 2 behind the cat on the passenger side. FIY, Bank 1 is consist of cylinder # 1,3,5 and 7 and Bank 2 cylinder # 2,4,6 and 8. The Gs400/430 used a wideband sensor before the cat. Unlike the GS300 and IS300. Voltage on these are totally different. It's a 5 Volt system compare to the 1V.
More technical the ECU does look at the secondary sensor to determine your Long Term fuel trim. I hope it would help for you to know.
