However, if you want to fine tune your car, or want to go full out N/A setup, than there are some other possible directions you can take...

1. LMS CAI or KN FIPK w/ Apexi SAFC-II <<<< Probably most popular choice
2. LMS CAI or KN FIPK w/ EMU <<<< Tune other things as well as A/F ratio
3. LMS CAI or KN FIPK w/ Full Standalone of your choice <<< Big Baller Status
ok, so ive been reading all these posts tryna find something for my car. I was wondering what "EMU" or what you mean by full standalone means.

An Apexi SAFC-II lets you control the air/fuel ratio the engine is recieving.

A "EMU" of Engine Management Unit lets you control the air/fuel ration and some other things to get better performance from the engine. This is typically what is referred to as a piggyback unit or works in conjunction with the cars computer.

A "Stand Alone Engine Management System" is excatly how is sounds. This will allow you to tune your engine's performance to peek performance based on the modifications that you have done to the car. This is totally customizeable and is usually handled by a shop that is able to do so.

In order to decide which is best for you, you must determine what modicfications that you would like to do to your car. If you would like to go with basic mods the first choice is probably all you will need. Determine where you want you car to be and what mods you would like done and then that would help get you a recommendation from someone on this forum or from your local shop.

Good luck.
