Default Exhaust heat shield

Hey guys my car makes a vibrating sound when I intially start it up. Ex. Morning or after car has been sitting. I believe its coming from the heat shield above the exhaust. I tried tightening it and what not, but still makes it. I can't really hear it inside the cabin but with the window or door open you can hear it. Should I just take off the whole heat shield all together and get rid of the noise all together?

I had the same problem and had the heat shield remove a couple of years ago and no problems. We tried a hose clamp and that work for awhile.
