The thing with Megan headers is that their sizes are way off for what is needed to make the power on the 250 and the 350. They are too big and too short and are using the wrong collectors. For example the Megas for the 250 have 1.75" runners, which is .5" too big, pair that with the shortness of the runners and you can say good bye to any low to mid power.

On this motor, with the ****ty stock manifold, I wouldn't be surprised to see a gain of at least 30 whp with a good header and even more wtq.
[drooling] Mmmmm ... 30 rwhp .... [/drooling]

FWIW, Comptech was able to achieve a true 30+ rwhp header design for the 3.2L Acura CL / TL without removing cats.

10% sounds about right. Any chance of making it integrate with a cat so we can attempt to stay legal, or is that a better question after you see how much room is available?

Got my attention as well. Exactly where are you located? How long are you going to need the car?

To save everyone the trouble, I won't need anyones car if I do make the product. I will just end up renting one to avoid discomfort to anyone. I just need someone to come by so I can look at it and see if it can even be done.

The exact adress is 12780 Pierce st. #8 Pacoima CA 91331 I would need the car for an hour tops.

Nice - 30+ hp potential has me drooling.

Hopefully our Cali contingent will step up and we'll have some news soon. If this was in Florida I would've been there already.
