Making it loud is no guarantee it's making more power either. My experience with Toyco cars is they rarely respond well to intake mods. You have to do a lot of work to get more out of a Toyota engine. Like this:

Not sure I know what part I'm looking at. Is it an intake manifold for a Supra?

No, it's an NA Supra cylinder head. The manifold was another piece of work, but this had to be done first.
