Something else to consider is that the 2GR-FSE would require so many internal mods prep it for turbos that you would basically be without a car for quite some time. I know that most of the turbo conversions that were done (correctly) on Honda S2000s wound up being year long projects. Of course, the 2GR-FSE also has more challenges thanthe S2000, like DI and no compatable aftermarket ECU.

if i wanted 450 daily drivable hp i would just get a corvette or do a turbo upgrade on an eclipse or something. a brand new luxury car would be a terrible turbo project imo.

ddquach does have the lms kit, and as far as I know, his car has the most power of any IS350 in the states
the problem with messing with the IS350 is the engine management;
it really, really wants to keep you at stock power levels, and it will do anything it can to do that
so lets say you slap an intake and exhaust on it, make a pass on the dyno, and gain 25hp.
take the car out on the street drive around for a while, and come back and make another pass on the dyno, you're now losing power
if you wanted to make power with the IS350, the first step you should take is aftermarket stand alone engine management, then you can do all the normal stuff to make huge numbers like twin turbo's, super-chargers, header's, cams, etc.
sadly, this void's your warranty, and you have no chance of ever passing smog.
sorry to be such a downer, but thats the truth
if you want to learn a little more about going fast in a 350, look up Hiro Sumida (drives one in formula D) or email Steve from Luxury Motorworks (formerly LMS) which is where I get my info
good luck!

Then wait for the IS-F. It's the only real solution to your problem.

Maybe you should go to driving school instead of pre-med then. That's how Juan Pablo Montoya was "discovered" , driving school after go-kart racing. Anyway it's a kick-a$$ good time!

Go for it man do your research though, fabricating and fitting manifolds and pipes shouldn't be too hard it's the Engine Management that may be an issue since this platform is still relatively new. Most people here are bench racers that quote magazine numbers and are afraid to push their cars anyway glad to see someone willing to step out of the cookie cutter.
