I had my exhaust made for my GS430 at a muffler shop... I dont think that any manufactured exhaust will sound this good, I got the x-pipe off ebay for like $65 then I got 2.5 inch pipe starting after the o2 sensors and its straight pipe all the way out to 4-inch tips... no cats, no mufflers... except for the ones up by the headers, after everything plus a tip for a job well done my total came out to $385... just thought i'd give you something to think about...

Not to bash or anything but didn't you list a low end power issue after getting that exhaust work done?? Correct me if im wrong at all as I didn't follow that entire thread.

well the Touring is under 93db, so its street legal. I also think a lexus should have that deep tone or lil quiet sound.

I have the Borla Rear section....I know its not a full catback exhaust. The tips fill out the cut-outs in the bumper real well. It sounds really good and you can bairly hear it on the highway.

Type it in on youtube and you can hear some different options. But trust me that Borla rear section is not very loud. It sounds really deep and there is zero drone.

When you look on youtube....some people have the borla rear section with larger piping. That will make it much louder, but the rear section alone is not too loud.
