First drop then wheels. A lower stance makes the car look and handle great! Wheels are also an important aspect, the coorect wheel choice will determine the overlall, look/theme/direction that your car takes. vip, drift, racer, ricer, sleeper. jdm, are all determined by your wheel choice. A big lip a streched tire, s smaller than stock diameterw/ slicks, a huge flat face, on aggresive or conservative offset alll change the overall look of your car.

And if you go with 19's or 20's, go with forged wheels. Otherwise you'll be adding unsprung weight, which is not ideal, and will actually decrease performance. As for me, I'd add the exhaust first.

err... just adding 19/20in rims ALONE will decrease off the line, 1/4mi performace BUT will help in a top speed run *without the speed limiter*, final drive ratio's n stuffs...
