I saw someone posted here said installing custom exhaust will void the car warranty? Is it true? My Tanabe is coming next week.

Nope ther is a law against that saying, the part has to directly cause damage to the part in question and has to be proven that is the cause of the issue.(but not in so many words).

I just put my car in for warrenty because my subwoofer went out in my car and I have the aftermarket Greddy exhaust. All the service person said was "nice car" and replaced the part.

It'll void if the problem is related to the after market part you put in. Like an example above, if your speakers blown, and you have after market exhaust, they can't void your warranty....

humm i called and asked my lexus dealer. he said it jsut voids the warrenty on ur exhaust system. and apparently theres 3 sensors there and if they break it'll cost around 500 to replace. but then he went on telling me how alot of IS's have exhaust and someone he knew had a greddy n go for it haha
