Spoke to Jen today at Injen. The reason they don't list 04/05 on the list as they have not "tested" it on these years.
They offer a FREE intake system to those willing to donate there car for testing. Anyone in Cali interested.. I am not sure on the procedure.
Or I may have to just get one and test.. although not free.

Did some more research yesterday. Here is what I have found out.
The Injen is discontinued in the black. I called all over the country looking for one. No luck since many vendors just order it from Injen when you do and have it drop shipped from them directly.
The polished one is still available. A Injen dealer is going look into having it specially made for $15 extra. I am not holding my breath though.. I may just get the polished one and have it powder coated locally. I have a quote for $75.00.
The Fujita is available in a cracked black powder caoted which looks slick. But it is about a 110-120 bucks more and back ordered for 4-6 weeks.
