Actually, Jeff is right...they do the same thing but the Neo is a little more advanced as it allows you to adjust A/F ratios in smaller increments as opposed to the SAFC/SAFC II. This allows you to tune even finer for the most optimal gains.

I know...I have probably already spent around $7-$8K on just parts (labor not included)! All that dough and I don't even have a bodykit or anything to make it more asthetically appealing/different. Of course, this was over a 4 year duration...with labor probably $11-$12K.
