Default What to do about sticky Coilpack???

Last time i attempted to change spark plugs, 6 came out fine, the last 2 were stuck and when i pulled it, the boot came out(ripped), lexus made me buy 2 new coilpacks + boots, it costs a fortune.. for 60$ plugs i ended up spending 400$

don't wanna go through that again, is there any spray or substance to use first before attempting this again? besides anti-seez?

thanx,

never had that problem and I've changed mine twice now. Just take it easy when you pull them out. I suggest disconnecting the wires to the top of the coil pack before removing them!

Dont spray anything in there. Just leave it the way it is.

Mine was hard to pull out too, but dont just yank it out. Turn the coil around (wiggle it clockwise and counter-clockwise) and eventually you'll be able to break free.
