^ Weight reductions : spare tire & floor mats only. I was on 20" wheels 275/30/20 Nitto NT555. I have a video in the IS-F sub / Nat drag comp. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...=382064&page=5 post #71.
Their is alot left in her also. I have room in tire setups, better DA, and more weight reduction. On my next try I'll have a drag tire setup and pull the pass. seat.
wow nice run.. when did you move up to an 80 shot, is it a custom nozzle?
Just for this last weekend. I bought a jetting kit and have been trying out various HP settings. The IS seems to really like the 80hp jetting. Jet size N2O .41 and Fuel .22

Are you wet or dry? And don't be worried about it.
That's weird, I was told it pushes compression that's why nitrous makes power.
As I understand it basically cylinder pressure is how much pressure is placed on the cylinder walls from the explosion. Compression ratio is how much the material in the cylinder is compressed before the explosion.
Cut and paste off the web to answer the power question:
"When you heat nitrous oxide to about 570 degrees F (~300 C), it splits into oxygen and nitrogen. So the injection of nitrous oxide into an engine means that more oxygen is available during combustion. Because you have more oxygen, you can also inject more fuel, allowing the same engine to produce more power."
Hmm...good to know about nitrous. Thanks James, I wasn't disagreeing with you, just telling you what I was told. I see you ran 12.4 now? Nice!! Sorry off topic
