the only person that has had this setup i believe is jinetix, and it was a custom exhuast setup. I was going to do it also, but I just never had the time to do it. Maybe in the future.

I have this exhaust. Its a universal exhaust, so youll have to get the hooks and t-pipe attached.

how do i get that? is that the chrome bands around them

yes it is lol. I got bought this exhaust from another member here. So far as i can tell, the chrome bands were wrapped to hold the exhaust can up. Where the bands meet is where the hooks where made.
